Ultrasonic cleaning to remove any pitch and debris
Visually inspect & balance-inspect for any broken teeth or bent shoulders
Repair if necessary, including brazing new teeth in
Sharpen on our CNC machines
Inspect under microscope for quality control
Dip in rubber wax coating to protect your blades until use
